Common questions
What is Day'n Taxi?
A taxi app from Berlin. You order your taxi by app or phone and can request airport transfers online.
Does booking cost extra?
No. You pay the normal taxi fare on the meter. We don't charge a booking fee.
I left something in a taxi.
Every ride is saved. In the app menu there's a Forgotten option that puts you straight through to the driver. You can of course also call us.
How do I stop getting texts or emails?
Just write to notificationoff@dayntaxi.de and we'll take you off the list.
What happens to my data?
We store it on secure servers and process it in line with the GDPR. The details are in our privacy policy.
